Choose a screen for your operating conditions

Start with the separation duty: the material, feed size, moisture condition and required cut size. Then identify the existing panel dimensions and the way it is held on the deck. Polyurethane screen mesh is supplied in different structures, so a similar appearance alone does not confirm that a replacement will fit. Send photographs of both faces, the edges and the installed deck, together with a drawing or sample when available.

Dimensions and specification checklist

Overall length, width and thickness; opening shape and aperture; panel structure and reinforcement requirements; fixing holes, pins, rails or tensioned edges; material being screened and wet or dry operation. Final dimensions, material selection and mounting details are confirmed against your requirements before production.

What information is needed for replacement polyurethane panels?

Send the overall panel dimensions, thickness, aperture and fixing details. Include photographs of the underside and surrounding deck, the equipment model if known, quantity and delivery country. An old sample or dimensioned drawing helps resolve details that photographs cannot show.

Can you supply custom polyurethane screen mesh?

We review custom openings, panel dimensions and mounting arrangements. The quotation follows confirmation of the drawing or sample and the operating conditions; an equipment brand name alone is not enough to confirm fit.
