Information needed for a replacement
- Screen machine model or a drawing of the deck.
- Current panel length, width, thickness or wire diameter, and aperture.
- Hooked edges, fixing holes, supports and the tension direction.
- Stone or aggregate type, moisture condition and target separation.
- Quantity, destination country and required delivery window.
Photograph the deck before removing the old screen. Include the underside and fixing details of the removed panel. If part of the mesh is worn or damaged, identify which dimensions were taken from the sample and which still need confirmation.

Can I replace a screen using only its outer dimensions?
Outer dimensions are one part of the specification. Aperture, wire or panel construction, edge details and support positions also need to match the duty and equipment. Send a drawing or sample where possible.
What if wet material keeps blocking the mesh?
